KEF Infra crosses Rs 1,000 crore in FY 2017

KEF Infra, a division of KEF Holdings a multinational diversified Group with operations in strategic investments, infrastructure manufacturing, and healthcare development, across India, UAE and Singapore announced an annual revenue of 150 million USD (Rs 1,000 crore) for the year 2017.

The announcement was made at the KEF Infra One Industrial Park in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu – the company’s flagship offsite manufacturing facility.

The company also revealed plans to strengthen their portfolio by building the country’s first prefabricated mall in Lucknow. In the coming year, the company will manufacture hotels, homes, and schools. 

Additional offsite manufacturing facilities in Lucknow, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra will help deliver projects across the country. KEF Infra has witnessed robust growth in its order book, since the launch of the 42-acre KEF Infra One Industrial Park – which,  is one of the world’s largest and fully integrated facilities of its kind. 

Currently, the firm is executing a 1 million square feet college hospital for KMCH in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, phase 2 of manufacturing 262 Indira Canteens cum kitchen across Karnataka and a 2 million square feet mall for Lulu in Lucknow. The firm has also signed on GKNM hospitals in Coimbatore as a client.

In 2017, KEF Infra delivered the 400,000 sq ft Meitra Hospital (500 Beds in two phases; 209 completed) in Kerala, within a record time of 18 months, and manufactured 175 public canteens and 20 kitchens as part of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike’s Indira Canteens Project, in Karnataka. 

In addition, the firm handed over the Embassy 7B project, a 1.7 million square feet commercial building for the Embassy Group, which was completed in 13.5 months, in Bengaluru and Infosys Building Phase 2 in Bengaluru which is a 5,00,000 sq. ft. building completed in 15 months.
