TransfrVR creates customised virtual reality simulations that allow employees or students to train in a virtual version of their place of work. Completely immersed in this environment, employees get virtual on-the-job experience with specific feedback that allows them to learn from their mistakes and develop the confidence and experience of a trained professional before they ever begin their position.
Applicable to a wide range of environments, TRANSFRVR apprenticeships can dramatically decrease the time and cost associated with training employees on a new skill or job function. The technology uses learning sciences and data generated from the simulations to deliver a highly customized coaching experience that encourages retention and expedites mastery, ensuring that employees are providing a high level of service and quality to customers.
