GIM-II a success, declares State Industries Minister 

Delivering his welcome address at GIM-II, the Industries Minister said, “GIM, 2019 can be considered as a big success in terms of both investments attracted as well as delegate registration. The response has far exceeded our expectations.”

Further, he said that they have received over 5,000 delegates registrations, from both within India and abroad. The list includes include large delegations from several countries such as South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, UK, France, USA, Singapore and many other countries.

Speaking about the road shows, Sampth said that to make GIM-II a success, they conducted several road shows in foreign countries such as USA, France, UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan and so on.

Further, he thanked Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for announcing Defence Industrial Corridor in Tamil Nadu.
