Kajal Aggarwal to team up with Suriya again

While there were speculations that the team is in talks with Nayanthara to play the female lead, reports have surfaced that Kajal Aggarwal has been finalised. A source close to the team says, “Siva narrated the script to Nayan during the shoot of Viswasam. Though she liked the script, the actress couldn’t be a part of it due to date issues. The director has now approached Kajal to play the female lead. An official announcement will be made soon.” If this happens, it will be the second time Kajal Aggarwal and Suriya are coming together, after Maattraan.

We also hear that the film will be a complete action entertainer and will go on floors once Suriya complete Sudha Kongara’s project in September. The actor is also waiting for the release of KV Anand’s Kaappaan.
