Indian 2 mishap: Kamal Haasan and Shankar in trouble?

The Police department has decided to summon actor Kamal Haasan and director Shankar related to the mishap that took place on the sets of 'Indian 2'.

The Police department has decided to summon actor Kamal Haasan and director Shankar related to the mishap that took place on the sets of 'Indian 2'.

Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan is directed by Shankar and is a sequel to the 1996 film Indian. During the shoot of the film, a crane crashed over the film crew on Wednesday, leaving 3 dead and about 9 injured.

The deceased include assistant director Krishna, art assistant Chandran and production assistant Madhu. Cases have been filed against the production house Lyca and crane operator who escaped after the accident.

Actor Kamal Haasan and actress Kajal Aggarwal revealed that they escaped from the gory accident in just fraction of seconds. Kamal has announced a compensation amount of Rs 1 crore to the families of the dead.
