Education Secretary told to appear on November

The first bench comprising Chief Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice R Mahadevan on perusing the government affidavit seeking two more months of extension to take a decision on this issue, said “The exercise seems to be endless, as once again, the letter circulated states that further two months’ time may be given to pass the orders, fixing the deadline to October 31.” 

Observing that the government will drag on the issue further in the Court, the bench directed the presence of the secretary for school education.
