IPS officers involved in resort search shifted

Meanwhile in a major reshuffle, the government has also transferred number of IAS officers in the state. 

North Zone IG N K Senthamarai Kannan and Kancheepuram SP J Mutharasi has been transferred out and kept in the VR.  These two officials lead the police action at Golden Bay Resort, where the AIADMK MLAs along with Sasikala were staying and had asked Sasikala to surrender as per the directions of the Supreme Court. 

Additional Commissioner of police, Chennai city North, C Sridhar has been posted as the North Zone IG and M C Sarangan, who was IG Technical Services has been posted as Additional Commissioner, Chennai city North. Santhosh Hadimani, who was SP/principal of Police Training College, has been appointed as Kancheepuram SP, in place of J Mutharasi. 

In a major shuffle of IAS officers, Sunil Paliwal, who was Principal Secretary and Commissioner of milk production and dairy development and Managing Director of TN Cooperative milk producers has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to government higher education department. 

C Kamaraj, MD of TN salt corporation is transferred and posted as Director of dairy and milk production and dairy development, while T Udhayachandran, MD of TN salt corporation and is transferred and posted as Secretary to government School education Department. 

Vikram Kapur, principal secretary to government industries department has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary government energy department in the new post, while Atulya Misra, Principal Secretary, Environment and forests department is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary for Industries department. He would hold the post of chairman, TNPCB in full additional charge. 

D Sabitha, Principal Secretary, school education department is placed at the disposal of TN Cements Corporation Limited for appointment as Principal secretary.
