Talking to reporters here, he said Dinakaran should not be allowed to contest the election for indulging in several malpractices and questioned the Election Commission’s alleged silence on the issue.
“It is very evident that the supporters of Dinakaran are involving in a lot of malpractices in RK Nagar constituency. But the EC is not taking any action”, he added.
Claiming that nearly Rs 128 crore has been pumped into the constituency by the Dinakaran camp, Stalin demanded the EC to immediately suspend him from contesting the by-poll.
