Man who claimed to be Jayalalithaa’s son arrested

The Madras High Court, while dismissing a writ petition filed by the youth had instructed the city police to arrest the youth. The police team arrested Krishnamurthy (28), a native of Erode, for misleading the Court, impersonation and knowingly submitting false affidavit in the High Court. 

The youth had claimed that he was born to Jayalalithaa and Sobhan Babu in 1985. 

The Court had first directed the police to investigate the claims. Investigations proved that the claims of the youth were false.
