Two ganja peddlers arrested

Police arrested B Aravind Kumar (22) and S Marimuthu (41), both residents of Nehru Nagar, Erukkancheri and seized 1.25 kg ganja from them. The duo was arrested while selling packets of the contraband to customers near Indhira Nagar crematorium in Red Hills. 

The police team also arrested two more persons for selling banned tobacco products and seized 750 grams of mava from them. The arrested were identified as P Murugan (45) and V Srinivasan (40), both residents of Perambur. Separate cases have been registered and further investigations are on.
