As per astrology, the planet for good speech is Venus, which forms as Ascendant Lord (Thula) and is deposited in Dursthana (sixth house). It is considered as a weak position. Hence, Rajnikanth announcement itself is considered weak in nature. His comments will create a lot of enemies to him.
Sun is considered as a planet for king/kingdom in astrology. In the current situation, there is no king but we have a government; so, the placement of the Sun in the chart should be strong for him to become a leader. But as per Prashna Chart, the position of Sun is again in dursthana (8th house). Had the planet been associated either with 10th lord or the 10th house, he would have got a good political mileage. So, the Sun has not been of any help to him either.
Mercury, another planet for good speech, is deposited in the seventh house, which makes him an attractive figure and bring people closer to him. Mercury (Lord of ninth house Trikona is deposited in Kendra) contributes five bindus in Aires.
So, he can only be a good orator.
Jupiter should also be in a favourable position for a good politician. However, according to the Prashna Chart, it is deposited in the twelfth house (Dursthana – Virgo), which is not a favourable conjunction.
In a different analysis of Jupiter, Saturn and Sun together, the bindus contributed by them either on Prashna Chart, or his birth chart are not so favourable to him to enter politics. But, he can attain other comforts, prosperity, fulfilment of other materialistic desires, fame and reputation in his career and improvement in his status. But if he still enters politics, it might do more harm to him than good.
