Posting a picture of himself with Rajini on his twitter account, he confirmed his support and captioned the tweet, "“A New REVOLUTION -A New POLITICAL WILL- A NEW YEAR ”- awaits for the people of TAMIL NADU!!!"
He was also quoted saying, " I saw him at close quarters during the making of #2PointO. Rajini'sir's sincerity, honesty and dedication has attracted me to his party."
Raju Mahalingam will be the second memeber from the Ktwon to extend his support to the yet to be announced party of the Superstar after actor Raghava Lawrence, who had publicly announced that he will be a ‘kaavalan’ for Rajini and enter politics.
“I’m pleased to announce that today evening onwards I will officially join Rajinikanth sir’s campaign and be his ‘soldier’. I will begin this new journey at the temple I built for my mother at Ambattur,” Raghava told DTNext.
Rajinikanth had earlier remarked that he did not need party members per se – but guardians who would stand by his ideologies and support him actively.
