College student killed in accident on ECR

The deceased Bose Kumar (20) was an architecture student at a college in Kuvathur on ECR. On Tuesday morning, Bose and his classmate Arun (20), who were staying in the college hostel, went for a ride. When they were returning in the afternoon, their bike lost control and collided head-on with an SETC bus that was coming from Pondicherry. In the impact, both fell off the vehicle and suffered grievous injuries. 

While Bose Kumar died on the spot, onlookers rushed Arun to Chengalpattu Government Hospital, from where he was later shifted to private hospital in Chennai. Kuvathur police are investigating the case.
