Women cops attempt to end lives in city

Two women police personnel tried to end their lives in different incidents on Monday and Tuesday in Tiruvallur and Chennai.

Constable Ambika Johnson (27), a resident of Ayanavaram, attached to Armed Reserve fainted on the road in Pudupet around 10.30 am and was rushed to the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital by her colleagues on Tuesday.
