AIADMK, DMK main rivals, says Minister

“The parties which have not obtained deposit in the past are claiming that they are going to win the elections, but as far as Tamil Nadu is concerned the fight is between us and DMK,” said Kadambur Raju in Kovilpatti, in Thoothukudi district.

Addressing reporters, Kadambur Raju said that DMK is the only opposition party for them and the other parties are just fringe parties who are mere spectators in the election. Raju’s comments were directed at BJP when he was asked about the growth of the party in the state.

Speaking about the Executive Council meeting of the party held in Chennai, Raju said that the works to be undertaken during the 2019 Parliamentary polls were discussed in detail and various strategies were discussed, though they cannot be revealed to the public.
