Sugary loops that cast a spell on you

How does one drive past The Bombay Churros without stopping to try some? I certainly didn’t when I spotted it on my way home — I live in Kilpauk.

I was told churros are a common Spanish breakfast dish served in many places across the world. I’m not much of a sweet tooth but I am a self-proclaimed foodie so I opted for two variants: White Fantasy, Nutella Delight and a Bombay Masala Soda.

The little golden-brown loop can fool you because just one is quite filling and I had a tough time finishing the other. I couldn’t even set it down for a while because it’s served in paper cones, not plates.

They tasted great but I had to wash down the sweetness with the soda and I made a mental note that I wouldn’t be greedy and order only one the next time!
