Find Corporation toilets on Google Maps next time

The civic body has tagged the locations of the toilets it is maintaining to the mobile phone application. “To help the people to find nearby public toilets, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Chennai Corporation and Google have tagged the public toilets on Google Maps. All public toilets in the city have been tagged to the Maps,” a Chennai Corporation press release said.

The release added that the public can also rate and add their remarks in the Google Maps. The civic body is maintaining 853 toilets with 6,701 seats.
