Two men get 10-year RI in narco case
The additional special court for NDPS Act sentenced two men to 10 years Rigorous Imprisonment and slapped a fine of Rs 1 lakh each on them in connection with a 2016-year case of illegal trafficking of 10,450 tablets of alprazolam from India to Malaysia.

The main accused, L Wasib Khan from Sivaganga district and M Muruganantham of Tiruchy, were convicted of the charges and the judge, V Thenmozhe, pronounced the verdict on Thursday.
Wasib Khan was arrested at Chennai airport on February 11, 2016, in possession of the drugs and investigation revealed that he bought the consignment from Muruganantham to smuggle it to Malaysia.
