The newly opened grill and barbecue restaurant, that has been the talk of the town, boasts of Arabian, Mediterranean and North Indian cuisines, served on live grills on the table.
A lavish spread of starters, that interestingly has eight varieties of vegetarian starters as against six non vegetarian starters, of which the scrummy Cheesy Potatoes and the juicy Honey Drop Pineapple stand out.
While the classic Moroccan Prawns and Angara Tangri are rich in flavour, the Chef’s special Vietnamese basa fish is most, cooked to perfection and leaves you asking for more. However, what sets this grill apart from the others, is the unique Teppanyaki grill station, that can poach, grill and fry.
The counter lets customers have custom-made exotic vegetable dishes and meats like rabbit, squid, shark, turkey, quail, chicken, shrimps, zucchini, American corn, mushrooms, and cottage cheese etc.
The main course offers eight vegetarian and five non-vegetarian dishes. Although the buffet is quite what you’ve seen at BBQ and Absolute BBQ, the Awadhi biryani, and Coal’s Special Dhaal that is slow cooked to perfection for about 36 hours, make for a delightful experience.
Coming to desserts, that are served at The Live Cold Stone Ice Cream and Live Hot Indian Dessert Counters, the Choco Scotch Pastry layered with delicious cream is a sure treat for those with a sweet tooth.
