Thick fog envelops Delhi, 38 trains delayed, 15 cancelled
Dense fog engulfed the national capital on Friday morning, affecting the road, rail and air traffic.

Thirty-eight trains were running late while 15 cancelled due to the bad visibility in the Delhi and NCR region.
Air quality in the city was under 'very poor' category with an index value of 393 at 1000 hrs, as per the Central Pollution Control Board.
According to the weatherman, minimum temperature on Friday settled at 7.4 degrees C with relative humidity at 0830 hrs pegging at 100 per cent.
The sky is likely to be clear during the day with maximum temperature hovering around 27 degrees C, the Met official said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 27.7 degrees C, eight points above normal for the season.
