Man held for duping women on marriage pretext
A man was arrested on the charge of duping women of lakhs of rupees on the promise of marrying them and helping them secure admission in the Harvard University, police said.

On the basis of the victim's complaint, Maharashtra's Beed-resident Abhijeet Madne was arrested from a hotel in Pune. A laptop, Iphone, smart-phone, costly watch, gold ornaments and ATM cards were seized from him. The culprit used to contact women through a marriage portal and hoodwink them.
Abhijeet used to talk to girls in various languages including English, Marathi, Bhojpuri, Chinese, etc and impress them. He was wanted in connection with fraud cases in Pune and Aurangabad.
