Addressing election rallies at Vemulawada and Mandamarri in Telangana, he alleged that these parties have no concern for the people and are only worried about their families.
"On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modiji's family is 125 crore people of the country...he only cares about their welfare and is working tirelessly for them", he said.
"In the TRS, KCR (Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief and caretaker chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao) is the chief and it is (his son) KTR, (daughter) Kavitha and other family members who all run the party.
A common worker cannot become the TRS chief and if he dreams to do so, they will be removed from the party," Fadnavis asserted.
Similarly, the Congress and TDP are also 'private limited parties' and there is no democracy in these parties, he said.
Fadnavis claimed that only the BJP has democracy and it is the one party in whicha tea seller could become the Prime Minister and a small-time worker could rise to become BJP's president.
He alleged that under the TRS regime, Telangana did not achieve development along expected lines in the last four-and-half years and said that KCR should be made aware that development should not be restricted only to Hyderabad.
Fadnavis slammed KCR on his promise of releasing Rs 100 crore every year for developing the ancient and historic Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy temple in Vemulawada, which is also called 'Dakshin Kashi', saying "Did he fulfil it...You lie to people and also to God".
He appealed to voters to elect BJP and assured that the Vemulawada temple would be developed.
The BJP, if voted to power in Telangana, would fulfil promises made to the people, Dalits, tribals, youth, women and farmers, he said.
Fadnavis claimed that only the Narendra Modi led government at the Centre was working for the poor and had launched several schemes for their upliftment.
The Modi government sanctioned funds to Telangana for construction of houses, but KCR 'failed' to utilise them, he alleged and accused the KCR-led government of not implementing central government funded schemes in the state, including the PMJAY health insurance scheme.
"Only because of vote bank politics, KCR kept people of Telangana deprived of many welfare schemes of the Modi government," he maintained.
Fadnavis criticised KCR for not celebrating Telangana Liberation Day, saying: "I am surprised (over the Telangana government not celebrating the day officially)... In Maharashtra,Marathwada Liberation Day is celebrated officially by unfurling the national flag and those who sacrificed their lives for liberating Marathwada are remembered".
Why are the martyrs not remembered in Telangana... why is Telangana Liberation Day not celebrated,?" he asked.
He assured that the BJP, after coming to power in Telangana, would celebrate Telangana Liberation Day officially in every village.
The Telangana Liberation Day is celebrated by different parties on September 17, as it was on that day that the erstwhile Nizam state merged with the Indian Union in 1948.
