Fastest skier& fastest F1 driver get together

Despite having to hobble around on crutches due to a knee injury sustained at the World Cup, Vonn was in Barcelona to meet up with her close friend. It is not the first time Vonn has attended a Formula One event to meet up with the Mercedes driver as the American alpine ski racer was at Silverstone in July to attend Hamilton’s home race. The two apparently have been friends for a while, with Vonn visiting him at a race last summer. 

However, their latest get-together has reignited rumours of a possible romance. Vonn split with Tiger Woods last May after they dated for a couple years. Hamilton split from long-time girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger last year and has since been linked to Rihanna and Kendall Jenner, though he’s insisted he’s just friends with them.

He may say the same about Vonn, though they have yet to comment. However, it’s intriguing to see her travel on crutches to spend time with Hamilton in the immediate aftermath of her season-ending knee injury. Hamilton is preparing for his first race of the Formula One calendar which begins in Melbourne, Australia on March 20.
