Leicester City FC started their season campaign with the 5,000-1 odds for the title after almost being relegated last season. The closest challengers Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and last year's champions Chelsea, have all failed to match the Foxes' consistency right through the season.

•Leicester City vs Aston Villa (Sept 13, 2015)
Aston Villa seemed to have stumped the hosts when Carles Gil made it 2-0 at 63rd minute. But Leicester City mounted a spectacular comeback to beat Aston Villa 3-2 and maintain their unbeaten start to the Premier League.
The visiting team looked to be coasting at the King Power Stadium after the two magnificent strikes from Jack Grealish and Carles Gil. But Claudio Ranieri's side scored three times in the final 18 minutes to climb to second in the table, with Ritchie De Laet, Jamie Vardy and Nathan Dyer on the scoresheet.

•Leicester City vs Chelsea (Dec 14, 2015)
Leicester City being in a good run of form throughout the winter and losing just once, the Foxes go into a match with the Champions Chelsea.
The Foxes returned to the top of the table with a 2-1 victory over Chelsea leaving the defending champions just one-point clear of the relegation zone.
Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez caused the damage, both finding the back of the net to take their combined tally to 26 goals – that is eight more than the entire Chelsea squad have scored in the league at that point.
This was the 9th consecutive match win for Leicester City. Jamie Vardy was their star player and had already broken a record of Ruud van Nistelrooy by scoring 11 goals at this point.
•Tottenham Hotspur vs Leicester City (Jan 13, 2016)
Before the match was played Leicester City had lost their number one spot to Arsenal and seemed that their fairy tale season was coming to an end.
Losing to Liverpool and drawing their next two outings without getting on the scorecard things seemed bad for them. After this match they were again in the running.
After the entertaining match at White Hart Lane was settled by Robert Huth's header, as the Foxes upset the odds yet again to move level on points with Arsenal.
Three days later the Foxes would draw against Villa and move up to the top of the table again and they haven’t lost a match since.
•Manchester city vs Leicester City (Feb 6, 2016)
The Foxes had found their winning mantra again beating Stoke and Liverpool and was now 3 points clear of second team which was Manchester City.
Leicester City showed the entire world that they were here to stay and what other way of showing it than beating their next rivals 3-1 win at their home.
Even though Manchester City were the favourites to replace Leicester at the top of table at kick-off, they were soon spoiled when Robert Huth scored 2 goals and handed Leicester the win at the Etihad Stadium.
•Leicester city vs Swansea City (Apr 24, 2016)
At this point Leicester City were clear favourites to win the title. Having a draw West Ham United at home saw the Spurs close the gap on the table by 2 points.
Jamie Vardy was out of this match due to a red card he got on the previous outing and this looked fierce.
But Leonardo Ulloa proved to be an able deputy for Vardy as Leicester City took a giant leap towards the title with a nerveless 4-0 win over Swansea City.
With Leicester opening up an eight point lead they were coasting towards glory. The next night saw the Spurs held by a strong West Bromwich, making sure that the Foxes now needed just three points to win the cup.
