Tamil Nadu on the brink of defeat

The visitor seized advantage by gaining a huge first innings lead of 323 runs after bowling out Tamil Nadu for 215 in its first innings. Right arm medium pacer Naveen Kanwar was the star of the show taking five for 27. He received good support from Ayush Jamwal who claimed three for 62. For the host, openers D Gauri Sankar and S Aravind added 113 runs in 30.5 overs. Himachal enforced follow-on and reduced TN to 91 for three at stumps on Day Three.
