Ravi, who contested on behalf of Desiya Makkal Sakthi Katchi (DMSK) had contended that the by-poll held on December 21, 2017 was marred by corrupt practices. Denying the allegations, Dhinakaran submitted that the whole basis of the petition is full of falsehood.
