The Centre has approved Rs 19 crore to the Integrated Child Development Services Scheme for carrying out the Aadhaar enrolment work across the state, a government notification here said.

The 434 child development project officers in Tamil Nadu have been notified as Aadhaar enrolment agents to carry out the work, including the purchase of Aadhaar kits.
