Tamil Nadu man among 3 dead in tree fall

Three tourists died and at least 12 others were injured when a tree fell on them under which they had taken shelter at the famous tourist spot Brindavan Gardens at the KRS on Tuesday night.

The deceased were identified as Hiller and Vinod of Kerala and Rajashekar of Tamil Nadu. The injured were admitted to hospitals in Mysuru and are out of danger.

About 35 tourists were taking shelter under the tree at the time of the incident. While a majority of them rushed to a safe place on hearing the sound of the tree crashing down, a few others were caught it. The duo died while being shifted to hospitals.
