Sudhish, 6 others freed in public nuisance case
The DMDK deputy secretary LK Sudhish and six other party workers were acquitted on Friday in a case of public nuisance.

Sources said that Sudhish along with few party workers distributed Nilavembu Kudineer to the public at the Gandhi market here on October 12, 2017, that resulted in a traffic congestion in the busy area.
Following that, the Gandhi market police registered a case against Sudhish and six other party workers for creating public nuisance. The case was being heard at the Judicial Magistrate Court V.
On Friday, when the case came up for hearing, Magistrate Nagappan acquitted all the accused due to lack of evidences.
After emerging out of the court room, Sudhish told media persons that a false case was filed against him and his belief was reiterated by the court.
Later, he hoisted the party flag to mark the DMDK’s 14th anniversary and distributed sweets to the public.
