Van driver held for running over 2-year-old boy
Vazhapandal police arrested a school van driver for running over a two-year old boy on Wednesday. Police said that Sudarshan (2) and Logeswaran (3), were sons of Muruganandam of Ponnanagar village near Arcot.

On Wednesday, when the school van came to pick up, Logeswaran, Sudarshan suddenly ran in front of vehicle. Driver Chandran who was not aware crushed the toddler to death. The Vazhapandal police arrested Chandran and registered a case. Investigations are on.
