2 protesting CUTN girls faint, treated
Two girls among the protesting students at Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) premises fainted on Saturday on the second day of their protest. But they were treated in the clinic inside the campus.

The students from the CUTN, Tiruvarur commenced their indefinite hunger strike demanding to revoke the termination order of two assistant professors who were also taking care of the girls’ hostel on the premises. The students continued their protest on Saturday and at around 12.30 pm, two girls fainted. The University had called their parents to be present on Monday.
