Ponnar hails CRPF men’s sacrifice as priceless

The sacrifice of the army men is priceless and the Indian government has been taking proper action against the terrorists who executed the attack in Kashmir, said Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan, who visited the house of slain CRPF soldier C Sivachandran and consoled his family members late on Monday.

Paying floral tributes to the portrait of Sivachandran around 11.45 pm on Monday, the Minister said, the Indian government has started to teach a fitting lesson to Pakistan which is behind the brutal act. The sacrifice of our martyrs in the border is priceless and every Indian should venerate their sacrifice. “The trust in the Prime Minister and the Army will not go waste,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Union Minister said that he was planning to meet Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and would talk about the condition of the families of the jawans from the state who lost their lives. “I will stress the need to support these families at various levels so that they may lead a decent life and bring up their children on the path shown by those martyrs,” he stressed and added that the Centre is keen on avoiding such incidents in the future.
