AIADMK functionary found charred in Andipatti

The motive behind the incident is yet to be ascertained. Theni Superintendent of Police V Baskaran and Andipatti Deputy Superintendent of Police S Srinivasan inspected the spot and held inquiries. After the inquiry, the SP said that the victim was a realtor and he recently joined the AIADMK party. Special teams have been formed to nab the accused, the SP said. The victim left his house from TV Renganathapuram on Sunday night by a car after informing his father Pandithurai, about his schedule at Mattuthavani in Madurai. However, he did not return home on time and much to the shock of his parents, his body was found charred in the farm house in the early hours of Monday.
