Fitness Mantra: Disha Patani waits for cheat days the whole week
Bollywood actress Disha Patani is a fitness freak and inspires all her fans and followers to take up fitness seriously. The Baaghi actress, now and then, creates quite a stir and takes the internet by storm with her motivating exercise regimes.

The gorgeous 26-year-old actress shared a video on her Instagram handle where she can be seen flaunting her toned frame while showing us some kick-ass workout moves. The actress agrees that she became more conscious and started laying great emphasis on her life choices after choosing acting as her career.While talking about her regimen, the actress said, “I work out every day and my routine usually involves cardio in the mornings, like dancing, kickboxing or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings. I supplement that with a protein-carbs diet.”
In fact, Disha believes that woman too can train as hard as men. She added, “The general assumption is that women working out involves cardio, not weight training. But we all work out and do heavy weights; I come across so many girls in the gym training really hard. At the end of the day, it isn’t about the gender, but about working on your body and becoming your fittest self.”
Disha’s diet routine is quite simple — her lunch is a mix of carbs and proteins — usually, rice and chicken and dinner is mostly a protein-rich meal, like a bowl of eggs. “I am a total dessert person and I simply can’t do without it. I cheat on my diet and have sweets at least once a week. I believe that’s one of the motivators that keep me going and makes me work harder towards maintaining a fit body,” she shared.
The actress also stated that sleep is an important factor in everyone’s routine.
