Key Indian equity indices trade flat

The key Indian equity indices on Tuesday were trading flat in the morning session.

Soon after opening, the 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex), was trading 17.33 points or 0.05 per cent lower.

The wider 51-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also trading 8.55 points or 0.08 per cent lower at 10,144.55 points.

The Sensex of the BSE, which opened at 32,522.44 points, was trading at 32,406.43 points (at 9.29 a.m.), lower 17.33 points or 0.05 per cent from Monday's close at 32,423.76 points.

The Sensex touched a high of 32,524.11 points and a low of 32,396.79 points in the trade so far.
