DLF Cybercity unveils new gen office blocks
Commercial real-estate developer, DLF inaugurated its new age blocks at business district, DLF Cybercity. Ready for fit-outs and operations, these blocks were officially unveiled by Dr Chandra Mohan, IT Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu and Chairman, ELCOT, D Anandan, Joint Development Commissioner, MEPZ, Sriram Khattar, Managing Director, DLF Rental Business and Amit Grover, Director Offices.

Located within the campus of DLF Cybercity Chennai, Phase 3.0 further augments capacity with 3 new office blocks and central amenities and retail hub, spread over a vast 1.6 mn sq. ft. The project has been designed by the renowned Architect Hafeez Contractor, constructed by Malaysian firm, Eversendai and managed by UK based, Mace International.
Dr Chandra Mohan, thanked the attendees from the Fortune 500 companies at DLF for their engagement with Chennai. He complimented DLF for creating such infrastructure in the city that has prompted IT companies and large corporates to set-up their offices here further creating an upsurge in employment opportunities for the skilled talent pool available in the city.
Khattar said, “Chennai is our most important market following Gurugram and DLF has a long-term commitment to Chennai. Our growth story thus far has been exciting here, combining the new blocks DLF Cybercity Chennai will now offer 7 mn sq. feet of Grade A inventory.”
