Ashwin makes his debut in Telugu with Lust Stories remake

Now, we hear that actor Ashwin Kakumanu has been roped in to play a pivotal role in Amala Paul’s segment, which will be directed by Nandhini Reddy of Oh Baby fame.

Confirming it to DT Next, Ashwin said, “It’s true that I am part of the Lust Stories remake and I have already shot for my portions in Hyderabad. However, it’s too early to reveal any details about my role or the segment which I am a part of.” He adds, “Nandhini Reddy came to know about me through Mahanati producers. After seeing my previous works, she felt that I would fit in for the role. In fact, this is my debut project in Telugu.” There will be four segments in this anthology and the first segment will feature the two.

On his upcoming project, he said, “I will be playing the lead in CV Kumar’s upcoming productional venture. I have also signed another biggie in Tamil, which I will be announcing soon.”
