Rajini and Dhanush to fight it out at the box office
Dhanush has been wrapping up his projects in double-quick time. The actor who is currently in London shooting for Karthik Subbaraj’s project will be seen in Pattaas that is all set to release for Pongal and will have him in dual roles. This means that the film will be clashing with his father-in-law’s Darbar directed by A R Murugadoss.

Bankrolled by Sathya Jyoti Films and directed by Durai Senthikumar, the music of the film is composed by Vivek and Mervin. Om Prakash will operate the camera. Pattaas has Mehreen Pirzada and Sneha in lead roles. Meanwhile, the makers of Darbar confirmed earlier this year that the film will be a Pongal 2020 release. Apart from Pattaas and Darbar, Vishal’s Irumbu Thirai 2 is also slated to release on the same day.
