Malavika Mohanan in talks for Karthi’s next

Now, we hear that actress Malavika Mohanan, who made her debut in Tamil with Rajinikanth’s Petta, has been roped in to play the female lead in the film. A source close to the team says, “The producers of the film have approached Malavika Mohanan to play Karthi’s romantic interest. However, she is yet to sign the project. Her role will be a powerful one and adds a lot of value to the script. An official announcement on the cast and crew will be made soon.” We also hear that the film will be something similar to the director’s debut film, Irumbu Thirai. Meanwhile, Malavika Mohanan is currently working on Vijay’s upcoming film, Master, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The actress has almost completed shooting for her portions.
