Chennai

After several struggles, I have completed MBA from a private college in Coimbatore. After completing the course, I joined as a marketing executive of a small company in my hometown. I did not like the job and my interest was always to be a human resource executive. I made the bold decision to quit the job and prepared for interviews in reputed companies. My family also helped me in my transition.

After a few months, I joined a famous apparel company in Tirupur as an HR executive. Even though the salary was low, I wanted to learn and continued there. However, working in a big company could not teach me everything about the job as I handled just one section.

I dared to take another risk and quit the job to join a new company in Tiruvallur, where I was able to learn everything as I was leading the HR department. I believe calculated risk and self-confidence would never fail me. I wanted to learn more and will go to places that would give me an opportunity for that. Working that company boosted my self-confidence that I could perform any work pertaining to human resource management. Now, I am working with a firm in Chennai which offers me a better pay.
