What are you going to ask me? Is it something I know about, or something else? Because I don’t know a lot, as I didn’t study much, only till Class 5. So don’t ask me anything difficult! I work hard because I have to. The elders around me were all alcoholics, so I had to make sure that I worked well. I’ve been running this shop for about 15 years now.
It’s good – all the items sell well. We have many regular customers, and because I’ve run this shop for so many years, there are some people come specifically to me to buy certain items. My wife helps me out when I go do my other business – we run a milk delivery service, too. We do not own cows, although many people are interested in that stuff. Instead, what we distribute is packet milk that I also keep at my shop to make tea or coffee that I sell.
I have three kids, all of them are studying. The youngest one, who is in Class 11 now, wants to be a doctor and I’m proud of her. Being a doctor means she’ll make good money (there’s always a lot of people falling sick these days!). That means she won’t be stuck doing two jobs at once like her parents. Life goes on, you know. Now my kids are going to grow up and do great things for themselves. So that’s nice.
