What is the site all about?
It provides a portal for information sharing between individuals, volunteers, co-ordinators, NGOs, government and official teams. It also helps people who want to donate funds.
What inspired you to start chennaiassemble. com?
The main problem groups faced was coordinating among themselves. There have had been cases where supplies from multiple groups reached the same place. We have designed it in a way that coordination becomes easier is future. We also have verified details of orphanages, old age homes and places that need help from people in rehabilitation work. We can also create subdomains for relief work giants and NGOs and customize it for their use in a secured manner.
How to access the information on the site?
Supplies.chennaiassemble.com is open for public and anyone can create accounts and start posting the details they have. Volunteer groups can also post about their supplies and volunteers. All details posted is accessible to public and anyone with accounts can comment on it.
