Woman booked for rumours on CM’s health

Sources said CCB, acting on a complaint lodged by AIADMK party worker Avadi Siva, booked a case under three sections of the IT Act against a woman, who has a verified facebook profile called Tamizhachi and is reportedly settled in France. It is said that Tamizhachi, who has a big following on Facebook, posted unverified details about the Chief Minister, adding fuel to rumours of her “deteriorating health condition” and thus creating a storm in social media.
