The artiste took to Twitter to vent her frustration over the incident. “So... I got robbed. Parked car got vandalised in the USofA. TIL (today I learned) - leave nothing in the car. I was standing right by the smashed glass,” she tweeted. She said that an unidentified woman broke her car’s window pane and looted the items that were kept inside.

She further went on to explain, that the vehicle was parked when the incident took place. She revealed that the episode took her by surprise as it took almost five minutes to realise what had happened. She lodged a complaint with the police only to be informed by them that incidents such as this were common in the area. “It took me 5 minutes to realise things were missing. The police here in SFO were really kind and told me breakins were common,” she said in a tweet.

Luckily for her, a Good Samaritan from the locality accosted the accused and chased her away. By doing so, further damage to the vehicle was prevented. CCTV footage from the car park captured images of a red haired-girl vandalising the singer’s car.
