TMC proposed memorial: GK Vasan
Welcoming the announcement of Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami to convert former CM Jayalalithaa’s Poes Garden residence in to a memorial, TMC founder GK Vasan, in another statement, said that his party had made the request already, asking the government to open the house for public viewing.

On the announcement ordering constitution of commission of inquiry to probe Jayalalithaa’s death, Vasan said that many doubts were raised about the death.
There was a situation where the questions about her death were not comprehensively answered. Vasan said that he was confident that the probe would be conducted well and it would put to rest speculations about her death.
