New helpline for Board exam students

The school education department along with The Lede, a group comprising journalists covering South India, will be helping students writing board exams this year.

As the dates for the board exams come closer, they are  brushing up with the syllabus. It is often seen that students undergo severe stress. They can now reach out to professionals for guidance. 

They can WhatsApp, send emails or connect them on Twitter or Facebook. Students can email the professionals at ednstressrelief@gmail. com. Whatsapp on 7373002426 or tweet them at TNSchoolEduDept or connect with them om their Facebook page: Tamilnadu Govt. Exam Stress Relief. 

The mental health professionals at 104 helpline say that the number of calls from students before board exams increases every year and they have extra staff working round the clock during this time.
