New chiefs for CMDA, Tangedco in major reshuffle

Vikram Kapur, Secretary, Energy Department, is transferred and posted as Chairman and Managing Director, TNEB and Tangedco. Shambhu Kallolikar, MD, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, has been given full additional charge as MD, Tamil Nadu Housing Board. B Chandramohan, Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management, was transferred and posted as Secretary, Information Technology Department, while Atulya Misra who was the Director, Anna Institute of Management, and  Director General of Training is the new revenue secretary. 

The other transfers and postings are: R Palaniswami, Registrar of Cooperative Societies (formerly Commissioner, Technical Education), Ka Balachandran, Secretary, Commercial Taxes & Registration Department (Commissioner of Labour), TV Somanathan, Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Secretary, Planning, Development and Special Initiatives which he would continue to hold as full additional charge), V Jaya Chandra Bhanu Reddy, Secretary, Environment & Forests Department (Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board), A Gnanasekaran, Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services (Registrar of Cooperative Societies), TK Ramachandran, Director, Anna Institute of Management, and Director General of Training (Secretary, Information Technology).
