On the following day, Seeman was booked under 10 sections, including attempt to murder, preventing government officials from discharging their duty and unleashing violence.

The videos that surfaced the next day showed an NTK cadre punching a police officer’s face a couple of times.

When other cops surrounded him, he pushed them away and escaped. When cops chased him, they were stopped by Seeman and others. Police sources on Monday said that the man who attacked the police personnel was still missing.

A total of 21 NTK cadre were arrested by the police. While 10 persons were arrested for unleashing violence during the protests another 11 NTK cadre were arrested for showing party flag and hurling shoe onto the ground.
