“Our mission is to explore how we can stress the importance of water in detail. To resolve the crisis, we need to come together,” said US-based RDK Doug, a senior geographer at the Smithsonian National Museum.
The planning of the event is at the nascent stage, which will be created in the context of local tradition, and the need to build a sustainable ecosystem. Its target audience is in the age group of 15 to 25 years.
Also, the exhibit will include the licensed version of ‘H2O Today’, a travelling exhibit of the Smithsonian Institution travelling exhibition service. Besides, public talks, performances and scholarly symposiums will also be organised as part of the event.
The event is being organised to further the India-US relationship.
