Two men held with weapons in Vyasarpadi

The accused were identified as R Arun (22) and I Prabu (25) of Pulianthope. In the wee hours of Friday, the police intercepted two bikes with four men on suspicion. On seeing the police, the pillion riders jumped from the bikes and escaped. The police secured the riders and seized a one-and-half feet long machete. They were arrested and a hunt has been launched for the other two identified as Sathish and Vimal.
